Dan has loved being home with Ian for the last 10 months. He is planning on starting his Master's in Teaching in June at Eastern Washington University. He has decided on Elementary Education.
I am busy working as a Property Manager. I will begin schooling for my Real Estate Broker's License next month and plan to have my Broker's License within 6 months. I love my office and couldn't have better co-workers anywhere else.
My sister Tanya just received a $78,000 scholarship to the Art Institute of Seattle. She starts there in October to pursue a 4 year degree in Fashion Design. She earned this scholarship by designing a dress from scratch and then documenting the complete creation of the dress. She first won locally in Seattle and then her dress was sent to New York. In NY, in competed against all of the other Art Institute Students across the US. Her design was chosen to win! She is flying to New York in 3 weeks to attend Fashion Week and be interviewed by Seventeen Magazine. You can google her name, Tanya Lund, and words like fashion and there are a ton of articles and press releases. Seattle Weekly even says her designs are worthy of Project Runway. And, as most of the family already knows, Dan and I are expecting Baby #2. The official due date is Sept 15.

We're not quite sure if we're going to find out the gender ahead of time. We do have a handful of names we like but we're keeping them under wraps for now :)
That's it for now! I am going to be good about getting on here to update often. Pictures to come!

Congrats, Dan and Misty! Sounds like good things are happening in 2008!
